This necklace just makes me happy that spring is here - at least for today. The  rest of the week is supposed to be cool and rainy, and Friday's forecast is a wintry mix!

I made this necklace for my niece Caitlyn - I plan on giving it to her over Easter. 

When I saw Caitlyn at my baby shower, she was wearing the other necklace I made for her. I figured it's time to get her a new one!

Missing for 4 months - New necklace: Gasoline

Sorry that I've been MIA for the last 4 months. I

t's been crazy to say the least.

I found out November 1st that Justin and I are expecting a baby the beginning of July.

 That surprising news put necklace making on hold for a little bit!

After not making necklaces on a regular basis, I just didn't feel in the mood to pick it up again. (I'm sure people go through these stages, right?)

I'd look at my containers full of beads and materials and didn't feel motivated to do anything with them. So there they sat...

It was maybe two weeks ago that I pulled things out again and started to create. It felt good to be "working" again. Maybe the break was a good for me...

It was nice to hear from some of my followers wondering where I was. Thank you!
